In this section you can manage your account.

Settings
To make changes to your account, click “Settings”.

Change profile name
To change your profile name, click on the field labeled "Name". To save changes, click "Save".

Profile picture
To upload a profile picture, click "Choose File". Select the appropriate picture and open it. To save changes, click "Save".

Change password
Enter your current password in the field labeled "Current password," then enter your new password in the field labeled "New password." To save your changes, click "Save".

Change language
Click on the appropriate language and then save your changes by clicking the "Save" button.

Logout
To log out of your account, click "Sign Out".

Organisations
In this section you can view a list of available organizations and navigate between them.
An organisation is a dedicated space for managing resources, like a digital library or archive. It can be an entire museum or a department within a larger museum with its own collection.
To select the organisation, click on the name "Organisations". After clicking, a list of organisations will be displayed. To select an organisation, click on the appropriate name.

Create
The main elements of Collectr are the Organisation, Object and Medium. The existence of these elements in the system makes it possible to map your museum collection to the digital database.

Object
In Collectr an object represents a single item in a physical museum collection. It contains detailed information such as title, date, image, etc.
To create an object, click the “+” sign in the upper right corner of the site's main menu. Then select the “Object”. Once clicked, a form page will appear. Enter all the necessary information about the object into the available fields.
You do not need to save the form manually because it is saved in real time. The saved object will be listed in the Inventory.

Medium
A medium represents an item associated with your collection. This type of item can be seen as a thing that is not part of the collection itself, but can be used to provide more information about the object.
For example, a medium can be a poster or a video related to an exhibition.
To create a medium, click the “+” sign in the upper right corner of the site's main menu. Then select the “Medium”. Once clicked, you will see a page with a form to complete. Fill in the necessary information about the medium by entering the content into the available fields.
You do not need to save the form manually because it is saved in real time. The saved medium will be visible in the Inventory.

Group
A group is a type of container that allows you to group inventory elements, such as objects and media.
To create a group, click the "+" sign in the upper right corner of the site's main menu. Then select the "Group". After clicking, you will see a page with a form to fill out. Enter the name of the group and confirm with the "Create" button. After that, the group will be created and will appear in the "Groups" tab.

Organisation
An organization is a type of space that allows for the storage and management of resources. For example, it can be a museum or a sub-museum.
To create an organisation, click the “+” sign in the upper right corner of the site's main menu. Then select the “Organisation”. Once clicked, you will see a page with a form to complete. Enter the name of the organisation and confirm via the “Create” button. After this, the organisation will be added and shown in the drop-down list of the main menu.
