How to create an account

2. Complete the form with the following data and remember them:

4. Proceed to log in.

How to log in

1. Open a web browser and enter the URL the.collectr.eu/#login. A login page will appear.


2. Fill out the form with the data you used to register:

3. Click “Login” to complete the process. This option is found below the form. After that, you will be redirected to the system.

How to reset your password

1. Open a web browser and enter the URL the.collectr.eu/#login. A login page will appear.


2. Click on the "forgotten your password?" link. After clicking, a new form will be displayed.


3. Fill out the form with the username data you used to register.


4. Click “Recover password”. After clicking, an email with a link to password recovery will be sent to your registered address.


5. Log in to your email and open the link provided in the sent message. The link will redirect you to the form page.


6. Fill in the form with your new password.


7. Click "Save" to complete the process. After clicking, your password will be changed.
