Do we need to install anything?
No. collectr runs in your browser. There is no need to install software locally. Updates are handled centrally.
Can we try collectr first?
Yes. You can try collectr free for 30 days.
Can our team work together?
Yes. Small includes one user account, Medium three, Large ten and X-Large twenty.
How much does collectr cost?
We provide a quote for your chosen plan. Additional services such as training or data import are agreed separately.
Can we import data from Excel?
Depending on your plan, collectr offers an optional import service. The data that can be transferred and the cost are assessed based on your existing records.
Which images and files can we store?
All plans support JPG, PNG, PDF and DOC. The Medium plan and larger plans also support audio and video files. Contact us about other formats and storage requirements.
Is our inventory automatically public?
You choose which objects and information are publicly visible. Online publishing is included with the Medium plan and larger plans.
Can we export our data?
You can export your inventory data as CSV and create PDF object sheets. If you also need all images and original files, contact us to discuss a complete export.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is hosted in Switzerland and backed up daily. The collectr team can answer questions about access rights, data security and contractual terms.
Are training and personal support available?
Support is available with the Medium plan and larger plans. Training can be booked separately. We agree on the scope and list any additional costs in your quote.
