A photograph can show details that a short description cannot capture. Documents add context, while recordings and films can offer further perspectives. collectr keeps these media with the object. The formats and storage capacity available depend on your plan.

Keep working with your data.

CSV and PDF exports serve different purposes: CSV lets you reuse inventory data, while PDF provides object information for documentation and sharing. If you already have records in another system or in spreadsheets, we can discuss a possible import in advance and agree on its scope and cost.
