Data maintenance: a clearer view of your collection
Organisation owners and members can now access Data Maintenance from their dashboard. This area shows which values appear in a field and how often they are used, making spelling variations easy to spot.
Views such as “without image” and “without attachment” help identify gaps in your records. One click takes you directly to the affected objects. Data Maintenance is read-only: no data is changed automatically.
Suggestions for consistent data entry
When you fill in a field, Collectr suggests values already used in your collection and shows how often each appears. This saves typing and helps keep your records consistent.
Faster browsing through large collections
Even extensive search results now scroll smoothly. When you open an object and return to the overview, your position in the list is preserved. Your selection in Data Maintenance is also retained.
Help and support in the dashboard
A new dashboard area brings together the link to the German-language Collectr manual and our support contact details, so help is close at hand while you work.
Improvements to videos, images, and PDFs
- Videos start faster and seeking forwards and backwards is more reliable.
- Profile pictures with transparent backgrounds display correctly.
- Changing a profile picture immediately updates the watermark.
- PDF object sheets once again include all images, and embedded PDFs display in full.
- The dashboard loads noticeably faster.
